    You have Two Folders "Bloody" and "Clean" those have bloody textures for the head so
    you can choose betwen those two.

    Copy the Files:

    uPl00HeadLeonAsia.arc , uPl00LeonAsia.arc , uPlTex0010_0.arc, uPlTex0010_1.arc
    uPlTex0010_2.arc and uPlTex0010_3.arc to:

    C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 6\nativePC\arc

    Also please dont forget to make always copy of your original files.

    Download    Rename the downloaded file to .rar file and decompress.

    For the access to the download links, registration is required.
